Reporting
Data-Assurance users have access to complete logs of
backup activity which report the success (or failure)
of each backup session. Additionally, Data-Assurance’s Event
Manager reports to the user any backup sessions that have become
overdue, such as when the user may have turned the computer off during
the scheduled backup time.
Users may easily configure Data-Assurance to email reports
to any destination email address for the following conditions:
• After every backup
• Only when a warning or error occurs during the backup
Data-Assurance Technical Support will also contact users
when errors are detected in backup activity.
Data Assurance Secure Storage Server
Data-Assurance users' data is stored in private storage
folders on Data-Assurance’s secure storage server, which resides
in a state of the art data center facility.
